Another older beat, prolly circa 2006. I really like it, but wouldn't be surprised if I couldn't get a single other person to agree with me. It's kinda like a baby whose face only a mother could love. Well I birthed this ugly thing and I love it.

First beat I ever did by sampling. Started it in 2002 or so, and finished it in 2005 or something like that. Bootsy (more ways than one)!

What is a flossy dumptruck? It's the rugged utilitarian that has a sense of style. That's what I thought of this beat when I made it... then I switched the whole thing up and the name didn't necessarily fit anymore. But the beat sounded better. I didn't say it was gonna make sense...This beat is from around 2005 (showcasing some history).

This is a very early beat. I prolly made this beat in 2002 or so. Don't ask me why I called it "Real Instruments", because I have no idea. There are no real instruments in this piece. One of my friends was going to write something to this beat, but he forgot his rhyme book on a plane, and that was the end of that. Oh well, I like the beat anyhow.
Around The Bay Posted on Jan 07, 2010
This is a video that I did with Atari Logic, and Scarecrow with production by El Rasoul. Video by Chaz Hubbard. This was supposed to be the lead single for a collaborative EP by the four of us, but due to whatever reason, we never put it out despite having all the music and artwork done. But don't fret, I'm sure the other songs will pop up soon enough. And here's a dope video to bop your head to. Shot in exquisite HD, with lots of local scenery and your boys getting down. Baaaay Areeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Boomboxtica Posted on Jan 06, 2010
Boomboxtica is a free album by bace135 which was originally conceived as a way to put out a collection of songs that didn't fit with any other project, or needed to be heard sooner than later. Boomboxtica is filled with some of my best and worst music. This is a listening experience that is all over the map both sonically and subject wise. From the sample based goodness of Get Right, to the synthed out Bigger They Are, this is a melange of hip hop diverse as the city I'm from. Highly recommended (by me, bace135 of course...). Did I mention it's free?

Monkey Vs. Robot, Man Vs. Machine Posted on Jan 06, 2010
Monkey Vs. Robot, Man Vs. Machine is a double EP with the first half comprised of instrumental pieces. The second half, following the intermission, is a hip hop excursion that is not quite experimental, yet not quite standard. Released in 2006, my music was still work in progress at the time, but interesting soundtrackish instrumental pieces and heartfelt lyrics provide enticement for giving this one a chance. Released commercially, the album can be found at Itunes, Amazon, and many other online digital retailers. If you want a physical copy, email me, and we'll work something out (cheap!).
